Hatsoff Poker (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile training tool for poker players. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.

Data we collect

1.1. Data we do not collect

  • We do not create user accounts and we do not ask you to register or log in.

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

  • Your bankroll data, hand history notes, ranges and all in-app content are stored locally on your device and are not sent to our servers.

1.2. Analytics and advertising measurement (TikTok)
To understand how our marketing performs and how users discover Hatsoff Poker, we use the TikTok App Events SDK.
This third-party tool may collect:

  • Device identifiers (such as Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) or identifier for vendors (IDFV), where allowed by Apple’s policies and your device settings).

  • Basic usage and interaction events, such as app installations and app opens.

This data is used only to:

  • Attribute app installs and events to our advertising campaigns.

  • Measure the performance of our campaigns.

  • Help us understand how users reach the app and improve our marketing.

We do not use this data to build our own user profiles, and we do not show third-party ads inside Hatsoff Poker.

TikTok processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy. For more information about how TikTok handles data, please refer to TikTok’s official documentation and privacy policy.

How we use network access

The app may use your internet connection to:

  • Validate purchases through the App Store.

  • Download content updates or bug-fix releases.

  • Send anonymous analytics and advertising-measurement events as described above.

You can use Hatsoff Poker entirely offline, but some features (such as purchase validation or updates) may require a connection.

Data sharing

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties.

  • Data used for analytics and advertising measurement is shared only with service providers such as TikTok, as described in section 1.2.

  • We may share aggregated, non-identifiable statistics (for example, total number of installs) for reporting or business purposes.

Children’s privacy

Hatsoff Poker is designed for adults and is not intended for children under the minimum age required to use poker-related content in your country. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that leads to collection of personal data, please contact us so we can address it.

Your choices

  • You can limit or reset Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and tracking permissions in your device settings.

  • You can disable internet access for the app in your system settings if you prefer to use it completely offline (with the limitations mentioned above).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made. Significant changes may also be mentioned in the app release notes.
